Service requests
In order to receive a licence for the implementation of interest and non-formal adult education programmes, the applicant for the licence shall submit a request for a specified sample (in accordance with Annex 1 to the Law No 2 on “Procedures for Licensing Interest Education and Non-Formal Adult Education Programmes”). The submission shall be accompanied by the necessary documents:
1. Educational Programme to be licensed (Annex 2 to binding Regulation No 2 on Procedures for Licensing Interest Education and Non-Formal Adult Education Programmes)
2. a list of the staff necessary for the implementation of the programme to be licensed, indicating the education and qualifications obtained, and, where the Education Board cannot obtain itself for objective reasons, the following shall be added:
2.1. A copy of the certificate of private practice issued by the State Service of the Quality of Education, if the programme is implemented by the educator;
2.2. a copy of the certificate of a sports specialist, if the programme is implemented in the field of sport;
2.3. copies of documents certifying education and supplementary education;
2.4. a certified copy of the document certifying the security with the place (construction, premises, land, etc.) for the implementation of the educational programme to be licensed and a certified copy of the opinion of the Health Inspectorate regarding the site, the compliance of the space with specified sanitary requirements, except in cases where the educational programme will be implemented in the premises of the educational institution;
3. where necessary, for the submission of an application for powers and for the receipt of a licence.
The programme to be licensed shall consist of: a list of staff necessary for the implementation of the programme, a statement of the objective of the programme, a description of the planned results, a description of the material and financial security of the educational programme.
Documents may be submitted in person to the Office of the Education Board of Dobeles county or electronically. An electronic document shall be prepared in accordance with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents with an electronic signature.Receipt of services
After receipt of the documents, the Licensing Commission for Interest and Adult Non-Formal Education Programmes established by the Dobeles Municipality Education Board (hereinafter - Commission) shall examine the documents and take a decision regarding the issuance of a licence or the refusal to issue a licence.
A decision regarding the issuance of a licence, the refusal to issue a licence or the revocation of a licence shall be sent to the applicant within 5 (five) working days to the applicant to the official electronic address or in a registered mail or electronically to the e-mail address specified by the applicant.
The licence shall be issued for a period of up to three years or until the expiry of the term of the teacher's private practice certificate. The licence shall take effect on the day following the date of its issue or during the period specified in the commission decision.
